jB+a is very proud of it’s long standing relationship with Perennial Properties. We have assisted them on a number of exciting projects around the city including the Pencil Factory Lofts, North Highland Steel and Highland Walk to name a few. The latest gem is located along the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail in one of Atlanta’s most sought after neighborhoods – Old 4th Ward.
755 North is a midrise multifamily community with 227 luxurious units adjacent to great shopping, dining and recreation opportunities. In addition to its amazing location, this community offers incredible on-site amenities. This includes two interior courtyards; one offering a socialization patio area, shade structures, grilling stations and a bocce court, the other houses a pool and sunning deck. Each courtyard expands the outdoor experience by connecting directly to the Greenway.
